YIELD: 6 CHAFING DISH MEATBALLS
COOKING TEMP: 212F PORTION: ONE
COOKING TIME: 20 MIN. COOKING PAN: FRY PAN
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Beef ground lean : 4 oz 1. Combine beef, eggs, onions and
| Eggs : 1 salt. Mix well but do not overmix.
| Onions minced : 1 1/3 Tb 2. Combine chili sauce, jelly and
| Salt : dash lemon juice. Heat in fry pan.
| Chili sauce : 3 Tb 3. Using tablespoon, portion meat
| Jelly grape : 1 Tb balls into sauce. Simmer until
| Lemon juice : 1 3/4 ts brown.
|. 4. Serve with cocktail tooth picks.
5. May be frozen until service. Warm
to serve.
