  3. COOKING TIME: 20 MIN.    COOKING PAN: FRY PAN

  5. INGREDIENTS             AMOUNTS        PROCEDURES

  7. | Beef ground lean      : 4 oz         1. Combine beef, eggs, onions and
  8. | Eggs                  : 1               salt. Mix well but do not overmix.
  9. | Onions minced         : 1 1/3 Tb     2. Combine chili sauce, jelly and
  10. | Salt                  :   dash          lemon juice. Heat in fry pan.
  11. | Chili sauce           : 3 Tb         3. Using tablespoon, portion meat
  12. | Jelly grape           : 1 Tb            balls into sauce. Simmer until
  13. | Lemon juice           : 1 3/4 ts        brown.
